Shrimp

A shrimp is peeled. We start with the head, then we remove, layer after layer, until what lies beneath is revealed. An image is read in the same way: nothing is given at first glance, everything is earned. Here, the shrimp is held between two fingers, in a pinch — a precise, almost surgical gesture. It rests on a necklace, and the presenter is her: the body is no longer the subject, it becomes the setting for the object. At first reading, a jewel, an ornament. At the second, the inversion: it is not the woman we expose, it is she who wears, who presents, who offers to be peeled. Look again. There is always a layer underneath. Zero body retouching. Limited edition fine art print, signed and numbered by the photographer.

Each copy is meticulously inspected, hand-signed on the back by the photographer, and accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity featuring a dry seal.
