I run an industrial group during the week. On Fridays, I become a photographer.

Heures d'Ombre was born from a simple conviction: beauty doesn't need fixing. Zero body retouching — I do not smooth skin, I do not alter silhouettes, I do not erase texture, curves, or marks. Everything is part of the image. Everything IS the image. My only tool is light.

I work in chiaroscuro, inspired by Caravaggio. Deep shadows, dramatic light, and a presence at the center, as she/he is.

The Heures d'Ombre signature is the object that tells your story. An object enters the frame, sharp, in the foreground. The body stands behind it, in the blur. The object carries the meaning, the body embodies it. What if a shrimp, an arum lily, a simple object became the symbol of who you are? This shift is our trademark — the one that will be recognized in the image alone, without even reading the name.

But Heures d'Ombre is not only this signature. We also create limited edition fine art prints and cinematic portraits — that sculpted light that detaches a face from the shadow, intense and inhabited. The same demand in every style: light, staging, and nothing else.

I do not work alone. Margot is the co-artistic director of Heures d'Ombre. We build every image together, from concept to lighting. Her presence is also part of the framework of trust in which we welcome each model — a team of two, designed to create safely and with respect.

I shoot in a container studio I built myself: an intimate space, designed to create with trust.
